Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson became deeply entwined after they first met. Ashley was only 17 and never had a boyfriend so the two took things really slow. The two fell in love instantly. Andrew asked God on New Year's Day just as 2016 was about to begin. Andrew demanded God for one final blessing this year, which was that Ashley accept his proposal and be married. Ashley really wanted a woodsy traditional wedding that reflected her and Andrew. The wedding brought everything essential to them. Ashley was a child on the 40-acre land that was picked as the location for their wedding. From the trail they walked towards the field that the couple said I do in Ashley was a keen observer and played in all of it. Andrew and Ashley were walking through the same space when they began dating. Because the wedding was essentially homemade, personalization played an important aspect. Andrew's father and Ashley as well as Ashley designed the ceremony arch and the arches for the seats. Ashley made and painted many of the wedding decorations. Ashley says that we would never have the amazing wedding I had imagined if we hadn't had Anna's flower design. Truly amazing.
